SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 16-2007

 

 

The City of LaGrange, Kentucky, at meetings held on April 2, 2007 and April 9, 2007 gave first and second readings to, and adopted, the following ordinance:

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2-86 RELATING TO CHAPTER 91, STREETS AND SIDEWALKS, SECTION 91.70 ENCROACHMENT PERMITS

 

The Ordinance 16-2007 provides that the City of LaGrange will be charging one hundred dollars ($100.00) for an encroachment permit for residential uses only. The City of LaGrange will be charging Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for an encroachment permit for commercial and industrial uses. Applicants will be required to submit a plat prepared, signed, and certified by an engineer, registered to do business in the State of Kentucky.

I, the undersigned City Clerk of the City of LaGrange, Kentucky, hereby certify that the foregoing Summary of Ordinance No. 16-2007 of the City of LaGrange, Kentucky, was approved by the City Council for first reading on April 2, 2007, and adopted after second reading on April 9, 2007, was further approved for publication following adoption according to law.
