D. W. GRIFFITH HOUSE
(Circa 1905)
This house was purchased by film-maker D. W. Griffith in the late 1930’s for his mother. The two-story house’s weatherboard exterior, gable roof and shed roofed rear wing indicate its turn of the century construction. It is located at the corner of Fourth and Madison Streets in La Grange. |
