ORDINANCE NO. 12-2008
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE ZONING MAP OF
THE CITY OF LAGRANGE
WHEREAS, on December 1, 2008, the LaGrange City Council did conduct a public hearing on the recommendations of the Oldham County Planning and Zoning Commission for a zoning map amendment on approximately 6.5 acres located on Clifford Lane, LaGrange, Kentucky, 40031.
WHEREAS, the Oldham County Planning and Zoning Commission did recommend that the property be changed from R-2 LARGE TRACT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R-4A SMALL TRACT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the LaGrange City Council did review the recommendation of the Oldham County Planning and Zoning Commission and conduct a public hearing to receive additional evidence and comments.
WHEREAS, the LaGrange City Council did vote to approve the recommendation of the Oldham County Planning and Zoning Commission adopting the findings and reasons and binding elements in support thereof.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAGRANGE, KENTUCKY, as follows:
The property located on Clifford Lane now known as The Reibel Property, more particularly described in the attached exhibit is changed from a zoning classification of R-2 LARGE TRACT RESIDENTIAL TO R-4A SMALL TRACT RESIDENTIAL.
The property in the attached exhibit from date of passage and publication of this ordinance pursuant to law shall bear the zoning classification of R-4A. Also adopted by reference as if fully set out are the Binding Elements adopted by the Oldham County Planning and Zoning Commission on July 22, 2008 and the Binding Elements adopted by the LaGrange City Council at its meetings on October 6, 2008 and November 3, 2008.
ATTACHED EXHIBIT MADE A PART HEREOF AS IF FULLY SET OUT.
This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication according to law.
